Imagine YOUR little Prince/ Princess on this portrait.
Portraits used to be only for Kings and Queens, right? Now before you dismiss that idea as a real possibility for you, let me guess what is going through your mind…
Time goes by so fast. If you are a grandparent, you will go along with me on this. Before you know it your children are chasing their own little ones around the house. If only it was possible to capture a moment of this precious time and keep it forever.
Guess what? It IS possible for you to save some of that cuteness for as long as you live and even pass it on to your children. A portrait is a gift of love and trust me when I say it is NOT exclusively for Kings and Queens anymore.
Not only will the portrait put a smile on your face every time you see it because it reminds you of a very special person. You will also cherish the memories of working closely together with the artist. It’s an exciting process to watch the portrait come to life.
And it doesn’t stop there! Oil paintings are known for their longevity. Future generations are going to thank you for investing in your family.

OK I’m 90% in. How do I know if we are a good fit?
No single offer is right for everyone. I want to make sure that this is right for YOU.
If you can say a big YES to the points below, then you’re exactly the client I’d love to work with:
♥ You are thrilled by the thought of leaving a gift of love for future generations ♥ You appreciate the longevity of an oil portait ♥ You prefer a painting over a photo ♥ You have seen my work online or live and you love my style of painting ♥ You love being part of the process, but rather trust me with major artistic decisions, knowing I will do everything in my power to make you a happy client
We are NOT a good fit if:
⊗ You are having a hard time deciding whether to go for a painted portrait or a photo. ⊗ You know deep in your heart that you are a person who insists on having the last say in every matter. ⊗ You'd love a portrait, but prefer another style of painting or another medium than shown on this website. ⊗ You think you have time...

But you don’t have to take my word for it. Read what my Clients are saying:
“I loved being part of the process from start to finish. The pictures Heidi sent me of the work in progress and our co-operation on perfecting the likeness was much appreciated. Especially happy that by working together we managed to take it beyond the photo reference and get my kids’ true personalities into the portraits. “ ~A very happy Portrait Client

“As I had seen many of Heidi’s portraits before I was completely confident in my choice of portrait painter. I especially appreciated that she sent me pictures of the Work In Progress. Heidi is a skilled Portrait Artist who has extremely high standards for herself as well as for the end result.” ~ Björn Kjerulf

“Heidi relieved me of a burden I’ve been carrying for almost 40 years. When my oldest son was a child I made a pencil portrait of him, but I never did one of his little brother. When I became a grandmother, my sons asked me when I was going to paint portraits of my grandchildren. “Oh well, when I get time…”
Having seen a couple of Heidi’s portraits I decided to get in touch with her and I felt a huge relief when she took on my commission. It was an exciting time and I remember being extremely curious about the outcome.
I especially appreciated the photos of the work in progress and that I was given the opportunity to comment on what I saw. Absolutely loved meeting over coffee and talking about art. It felt like we’ve known each other forever.
Heidi is an outstanding Portrait Artist who does everything in her power to make her clients happy!” ~Anita Lundström
