Order tracking
All items will be sent with a tracking number. 

Processing time
Please allow for up to 14 days to ship.  (No shipping during weekends, holidays or bank holidays.)

Shipping destinations
We currently ship to Europe and Northern America. If you're in a different region, please contact me through the Contact form on the Contact page and we'll do our very best to sort it out.

Delays
Seller is not held responsible for any delay during the shipping process; customs or other.

Customs and Import taxes
Buyer is responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

In case of loss or damage during shipping, Seller will only be responsible to pay a full refund if the Buyer has committed to and paid for insured shipping.

Returns and refunds
We have a 30-day return policy on all original paintings, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
